Encanterra is a Trilogy resort community off Combs Road in Queen Creek, built around a golf course and a substantial club with its own dining. It draws an active, social membership that entertains constantly.
The club runs its own food and beverage, so the clubhouse rooms are not somewhere an outside caterer works. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out after a phone call.
What we do here is the residence side, and in a community this social that is most of the good events: milestone birthdays, anniversaries, club and group gatherings hosted at a member's home, and the dinner the night before something at the club.

Encanterra's own food and beverage operation handles the clubhouse, so outside catering is not permitted in those rooms. We cater at residences instead, which for most private celebrations is the better room anyway.

We send vehicle details and a full staff list well ahead of the event so your gate or association has everything in advance, and we arrive in one truck rather than a convoy.

The best spot on a property is almost never near an outlet. We bring quiet generators, our own cook line and event lighting, so an outdoor setting works as well as a kitchen.
